the website that only shows property and land that we consider Value For Money.  We constantly trawl the properties and land available through 100s of builders in the North West of Crete and in some cases have twisted the arm of some builders to get an even better deal.  We have been in the construction trade in North West Crete for over 4 years and the inside information we have gleemed from that and our accountancy background make  us ideal to spot the Value For Money deal. If you can't see what you want just email us with your requirements and we will say whether your request is possible.  All properties have included in the price, connection to water and electricity, all ika payments(these are national insurance payments that the builder has to make, without this being paid in full, you will not be able to get permanent electric connection) and vat. Your only additional payments are legal fees and any extras you would like.

Some builders offer free inspection trips but at the end of the day they are not free, someone, ultimately the buyer, has to pay by higher prices, we prefer to give you the rock bottom price of the property. Once you have chosen your property the next step is a visit to a lawyer who you will give power of attorney to act on your behalf. The lawyer will check that the land is legal and registered. Once you have paid your 10% deposit the property will legally be binding and the builder cannot withdraw without penalties. When you have paid a further 30% the land is transferred into your name all further payments are transferred in stages by your lawyer but only after the builder has reached each agreed stage, so you are always paying for work done in arrears and not in advance.
